Last weekend 47 Rogueys competed in the Archery Australia Indoor Nationals!

National Medals:

42 Archers shot Personal Bests!

Last year 35 Rogue Archery squad members competed in this event, and to field a team of 47 this year is a reflection of the outstanding work that our coaching team has put into preparing the squad. We also fielded 15 teams!

For many squad members, it was also their first time shooting a national event, so congratulations to all who competed. Look out next year…

On a personal note, it’s a very proud coach moment to see so many amazing archers dedicate themselves towards their goals, and to see it all come together at indoor nationals is very inspiring to me. There were countless moments of teamwork, sportsmanship, lessons learned, overcoming adversity and personal growth in the event and preceding preparations.

We’ve got many other exciting events coming up, and our focus will now shift towards the target nationals in October… Stay tuned.
